How to use this web site.
First stage - Registration
You can purchase our products on-line only after register in Simani.it. First of all, you have to click onto the word Register at the left bottom of the screen. You will be asked to indicate, besides your identification data, your username and a password which allow you to make use of the on-line shop. Your data will be dealt in the respect of the Decree Law no. 196/03 and according to what described in section Privacy.
Second stage – Choice of product
You can choose a product in two ways: by choosing the sector you belong to (bars&ice-creams shops, hotels&restaurants, family&party etc.) or easily by clicking onto the products’ list in the left part of the screen. Every category of products contains a set of subcategories: by entering one of these subcategories and clicking onto the name or the picture, you can see the detailed sheet of the product with its complete description, packaging and price. In the section Special Offer you can find periodically products at special price. You can enter this section trough the Home Page, by clicking onto the products that will appear on the screen, by clicking onto the category Special Offer, or easily connecting through the newsletter that Simani send to you.
Third stage – Order
After entering the product’s sheet, decide how many packs you want to purchase.
Warning: we grant a 10% discount for some products if you order more than one case.
Then click on Add to put the product in the basket. You can go on shopping or go directly to the Desk. Here you have to indicate your data, but only if you have not registered before. In case you are already a registered customer, your data are shown automatically. After choosing the Way of Payment you prefer and after reading our Delivery Terms, you can check your order again and then go on sending it.
Fourth Stage - Conclusion of the contract
Once received your order, we will send you an e-mail for confirmation, where you can find all the details of the purchase, the amount, the destination of the goods and the way of payment you chose. We reserve the right to refuse the order or delay the delivery if the goods is not available in our warehouse. In this case, we will notify you at the right time by e-mail.
Fifth Stage - Right of Withdrawal
The drawing up of a purchasing contract on internet is in the rules of the Decree Law no. 50/92 and the following changes made of section 5 of the Decree Law no. 185/99, that provide the buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal is valid for natural people (consumers) who act for purposes that are foreign from their commercial enterprise. For this reason, all the purchases made by retailers and companies are not including.
You can exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 days of receipt the goods. It consists in returning the purchased items and in following refund of purchasing price (excluding carriage and cash on delivery charges). If you intend to make use of the right of withdrawal, you have to send a letter to Simani Industrie Srl within 10 days of receipt of the goods. You can do it by registered letter with advice of receipt or by telegram or fax confirmed through registered letter with advice of receipt within 48 hours, to Simani Industrie Srl (Loc. Renaio – 55028 Piano di Coreglia – LU).
You have to return the goods in perfect condition together with the advice note to Simani Industrie Srl within 10 days of receipt it. Freight is charged to you. We will refund the already paid amount (excluding carriage and cash on delivery charges) within 30 days of receipt the letter of withdrawal and from the date of delivery of the returned goods. All the cases containing the goods must be unopened and in perfect condition and no labels can be moved or damaged in no way. Only in this case, we will accept the right of withdrawal.
You will be asked for:
1.original invoice or advice note (indicating order number, invoice number and customer’s code);
2.item’s code in case of partial withdrawal,;
3.bank details (bank name, ABI, CAB, current account of invoice’s holder).*
* In case the holder of the invoice has not a personal bank account, he/she can provide the details of third parties, by asking for authorization to Simani Industrie Srl to credit the amount on such bank details by fax.
